ClampPod Pro equipment holders clamp onto almost anything, and are designed to support a wide variety of cameras and photographic accessories up to 2 pounds, at many different angles. Designed to hold compact 35mm SLRs, VHS-C, APS, 8mm and digital camcorders or lighting accessories, the ClampPod Pro is perfect for close-up photography, to take along on vacations, in the car, hiking or whenever a third hand is needed. Its flexible steel neck bends in all directions, and the neck assembly unscrews from the clamp base for compact storage. A ballhead allows for quick, easy adjustments, and can be removed from its flexible neck for mounting directly onto the clamp. Twin mounting 1/4 x 20 studs allow the use of two flexible steel necks with ballheads for close-up copy lighting. For a complete compatibility list please refer to the original manufacturer’s web site.

User Ratings and Reviews

3 Stars It’s pretty big
Over all I like the clamp it was quite a bit larger than I thought….I wanted to stick it in my small camera bag! I guess it probably did have the measurments on it…I was suprised!

4 Stars Pretty good deal all in all
First, this isn’t a Manfrotto, but it is a reasonable clamp at over half the cost. That’s the deal. Works great as a small flash clamp or for a small point and shoot camera. I don’t recommend using the “goose neck”, it makes the clamp top heavy. The ball head works very well on all Nikon flashes up to the SB-900. If you don’t want to drill a clamp (diy, I salute you), this isn’t a bad alternative.

4 Stars CLAMP IS GOOD
Good clamp, especially since you cannot find this sort of thing anywhere else.

The construction is not that great, but it is still a good thing to have.

3 Stars Decent extension arm, poor clamp…fine for light duty
Tried this out for in-car use, the spring in the clamp is really weak and slips easily. Arm has decent range of motion, but already has loosened up to the point that it only maintains a position inside a narrow range. Ball seat mount is best part. Overall, if you need a quick clamp to pretty much anything camera mount for static shots, or maybe an accessory mount, this should be fine.

5 Stars When You Don’t Have That Flat Surface
This is the only small tripod I could find that uses a `clamp’ for those times you cannot find a level surface. It can be clamped vertically to a post, door edge or even a tree, if necessary. The spring clamp is heavy duty, but has rubber pads to prevent any potential damage or scratching. You don’t always have a flat surface to film or photograph from. This also holds up to two pounds of weight which will work with most any newer model of camera (not older video cameras). The flexible steel neck makes just about any angle work and it will unscrew for easy packing. Sunpak always seems to have the most `cutting edge’ products; even simply ideas like this.

4 Stars Nice little bundle…
This came free with a lens purchase I made. Not sure I’d buy this, but it’s a good little bundle!

5 Stars A good freebie
I received this product as a freebie through another purchase. I have already used several of the items contained in the package although the tabletop tripod is worthless unless you have a inexpensive point and shoot camera. I bought one of these at a retailer for a dollar sometime previously and could not even get it to stand stable with a small camcorder. The lens cleaning equipment and the bulb brush have already come in handy!!!!

2 Stars Looks and feels cheap, but..
got it for free from 47th St., and no additional shipping charges, too. :) Tripod is not very reliable – I feel like the camera might tip over anytime. Of course if you have the smaller ones (I have DSLR), this might actually work better. Haven’t tried the cleaning solution yet – it might take some more to convince me to try them on my lenses. :)

4 Stars Handy
Came free with the purchase of my flash, but the kit is handy if you don’t have cleaners. The screen protectors are flimsy and cheap but what do you expect for the price.

1 Star Read like it was free but charged me anyway

This item came up and said it would be free with the lens I was purchasing. It said the price would show up but come off at the end of purchase but did not.will not buy from this company again!!!

4 Stars Nice camera bag
Nice bag and well made. Excellent padding. Light weight. It has space for all your camera accys and then some. In fact, the bag can be a little bit too big at times. One that was a touch smaller would have been perfect.

4 Stars Canon 2400 camera bag.
The Canon 2400 camera bag fits all my needs at the present time. There is room for my T1i with lense attached, extra battery and charger plus 3 filters/case. Bag is designed with velcro compartments so you can arrange them as needed, I still have room for a 200mm zoom lense with the above in the bag.

Good bag, not too big, but it is a camera bag! plenty of spare room, and fair insulation in case you drop bag, a good buy!

4 Stars good bag not perfect
This is a good bag. The major concern is that there is no zip for the cover. It only has clips for cover. If you forget to put back clips, it will be a big problem when you hold the bag’s handler. Your camera and lens will drop to ground. Be careful.

5 Stars used camera bag
this camera bag was just as good as pictured .could not believe it wasn,t new.

5 Stars Excellent Bag
I have a canon xsi and two lenses and a flash along with another point and shoot camera. On the side I carry my extra items on the two side pouches. It has all the room I need and is easy to carry. The price was right.

4 Stars I am please with my new camera
I purchased this camera for the zoom capability and have been pleased with everything about it. I still am learning about it as I use it, it is user-friendly.

5 Stars super good!
Great camera! Great pics. A littel more than I want to have to do but I like a point and shoot! It’s not much more complicated though.

4 Stars Excellent camera for the price.
EASY TO USE CAMERA WITH A LOT OF AUTOMATIC SETTINGS AND FEATURES; FOR THE EVERYDAY PHOTOGRAPHER WHO WANT’S A BETTER PICTURE THAN TAKEN WITH THOSE LITTLE CAMERAS. I TRIED THIS CAMERA IN DIFERENT LIGHT CONDITIONS INTERIORS AND (GREAT PICS).

I SPECIALY LOVE THE WIDE ANGLE LENS, THE SOON, FOCUS AND BETTER FLASH THAN THE LITTLE CAMERAS.

5 Stars Beautiful pictures
I purchased this camera after much research. I didn’t want an SLR with the camera bag, lenses, etc because I’ve been down that path. I wanted something easier to use and less bulky, but more than a small point and shoot. I also wanted a view finder. I opened the box and immediately liked the way the camera felt in my hands. I played with it a couple of days before going on vacation to really test it out. I Love it! It is so easy to use and takes great pictures. I had several printed and have had people look at them and comment that they need to buy a new camera now that they have seen my pictures. I was amazed at how nice the pics are even in low light conditions. This camera is a good one for the price.

4 Stars Olympus SP-565UZ
I have had the camera for about a month now and am spending a lot of time learning how to use it. It is a liitle smaller than I imagined but as I only have full use of one hand, it is very satisfactory. There are many very nice features, one that I really like is Panorama. It works very well. I especially like the fact that it uses “AA” batteries. Good rechargables give me many pictures and I haven’t run out of power, yet. I normally keep 2 sets of batteries available and after shooting photos, replace the used ones with ones that have been recharged.

I am still undecided about a focusing issue where it doesn’t seem as sharp as it could be but am experimenting with different settings. I guess, time will tell.
